2. Contacting us by phone or email
If you call us or send us an email, we process the details you provide (for example your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message) to answer your request and, where applicable, to arrange a consultation or treatment. We keep this data only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure.
4. Third-party content
To display this website, your browser connects to the following providers, which receive your IP address and technical browser data:
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) – web fonts loaded from Google's servers.
- Font Awesome (Fonticons, Inc., USA) – icons loaded from use.fontawesome.com.
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) – an embedded map on our home page that shows our location. Google may set cookies when the map is loaded.
- Google tag / Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) – our home pages still load a Google tag (gtag.js) for a legacy Google Analytics property. Loading it transmits technical data to Google and may set cookies.
Some of these providers may process data in the USA. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. Usage statistics (PostHog)
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are visited, in order to improve our website. Data is processed on PostHog's servers in the EU. PostHog is configured without cookies or other storage on your device, without session recordings and without creating user profiles.

- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in a secure, functional and well-presented website, displaying our location, and understanding how the website is used.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
